The applicants/appellants have moved these Civil Application Nos. 8018/2019, 8023/2019 and 8025/2019 for condonation of 28 days delay in filing respective appeals and Civil Application No.8021/2019 for condonation of 47 days delay in filing Second Appeal (Stamp) No.2466/2019 for the reasons set out in detail in the applications.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents.

On due consideration of submissions advanced in the light of unchallenged and

8018.19CA+.odt uncontroverted pleadings made in the respective applications assigning the reasons for condonation of delay, I am of the view that the delay deserves to be condoned. The delay caused cannot be termed as inordinate.

So also the cause assigned for condonation of delay can be accepted as sufficient to condone the delay. Accordingly, the Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" in respective applications. The delay condoned. The appeals be registered subject to removal of office objections.

The Civil Applications are disposed of in above terms.
