The Applicants pray for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 18.12.2017 for non removal of office objections. Considering the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed subject to costs of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred), which the Applicants shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 16.03.2018 and remove all office objections on or before the said date. The Writ Petition would then stand registered and the order of the learned Registrar would stand set aside.
