By the present application, the applicants prayed for permission to serve respondent No.6 in Civil Application No.8584/2019 by paper publication of notice in daily newspaper "Vishwawani" Kalburgi, Gulbarga (Karnataka) edition on the ground that the applicants have tried their level best to serve Respondent No.6 but no service could be effected.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to serve Respondent No.6 by publication of notice in daily newspaper "Vishwawani" Kalburgi, Gulbarga (Karnataka) edition. Applicants to

12ca1295-24 bear the required charges for paper publication. Notice is made returnable on 15.04.2024. Copy of the paper publication be produced on record.
