FEBRUARY 07, 2025 ORDER :- By order dated 24.01.2025, the applicant was granted temporary bail to attend his mother who is hospitalised. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the temporary bail may be extended, as operation of the applicant's mother is done, she has been advised certain tests and for that, the applicant's presence is necessary.

The prayer is opposed by learned APP. She submits that the applicant's brother, who is granted bail, is absconding.

The concerned police station can take appropriate steps against the absconding accused (applicant's brother). Considering the medical ground of the applicant's mother, the temporary bail granted by aforesaid order is further extended till 28.02.2025. 4.
