Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5.

The learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is appointed as Shikshan Sevak in 2015. The Respondent No.4 has submitted proposal to the Education Officer on 16.6.2015. The same is received by the Education Officer on 23.6.2015, however, the same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said proposal is pending then the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, would decide it on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) In case the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.4, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh.A - collectively) is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary) then the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, shall decide the same on its merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
