The applicant prays for restoration of MCA 163/2018 which was dismissed for non compliance on 08/01/2019. This civil appliction is filed within limitation.

On the condition of depositing costs of Rs.500/- with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") within 2 weeks from today, this civil application is allowed.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 18/02/2019, khs/FEB.2019/2293-d

- 2 - failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the MCA would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 20/02/2019. 4.
