The petitioner has been seeking correction of the date of birth as is appearing in the passing certificate issued by the respondent no. 5 - Council.

Mr. Kulkarni who appears for the respondents no. 6 and 7 i.e. secretary of the management and the headmistress, on instructions, submits that correct passing certificate is received by the school last evening and it would be handed over to the petitioner. 3.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court and the petition is disposed of.
