PER COURT :- 1.

It is informed that the applicant has not deposited the amount of maintenance as directed by the Family Court. The application tendered by the applicant claiming stay of the decree of maintenance has already been rejected; so also, an application seeking review of the interim order has also been turned down by this Court by order dated 30th September, 2013. 2.

It would be open for the applicant to move the Court for fixing early date of hearing only after payment of entire amount of maintenance.

Civil Application is rejected.
