Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 placed on record copy of death certificate of respondent No.4 Sanjay Baliram Maske, who has died on 30.05.2023, the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As per order dated 24.07.2023, this Court had already expressed that the petitioner may avail remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in respect of prayer clause (B). It further appears that notices were issued to respondents for final disposal only in respect of prayer under clause (C).

On going through the prayer clause (C), it appears that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to initiate disciplinary action against respondent No.4 pursuant to the inquiry report prepared by the Extension Officer. However, now respondent No.4 is no more. Therefore, prayer clause (C) has become infructuous. In view of the same, the entire petition stands disposed of.
