The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after proceedings were reopened, the Committee has invalidated the caste claim of the petitioner and the validity certificate issued earlier stands cancelled.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner was seeking atleast provisional appointment as the proceeding of issuing validity to the petitioner was reopened and pending. 3.

As now the said proceeding is already decided, the petitioner will have to assail the said order and seek appropriate relief in the matter. In that event all contentions raised in the present writ petition are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

It is made clear that, we have not considered the contentions of the present petitioner on merits. 5.
