The contesting non-applicant is Respondent No.1 Bank. The Respondent No.1 is represented by the learned counsel Mr.J.R.Patil, advocate holding for Mr.G.B.Rajale, advocate, who is the contesting party.

I have heard learned counsel for non-applicant in Review Application as well in application for condonation of delay. The learned counsel for non-applicant No.1 Bank states that applicant
be given further four (4) weeks time from today to deposit the amount as was directed by order dated 4th October, 2013. 4.
Considering the concession given by the learned counsel for non-applicant No.1-Bank, I pass the following order : a) The applicant is allowed to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lacs) as directed by this Court vide order dated 4th October, 2013 in W.P.No.4707/2006 within a further period of four (4) weeks from today.
b) The Civil Application No.6945/15 as well as Review Application St.No.2419/2015 stand disposed of. (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.01.07.2015.
