The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given application for mutating the name as per the Compromise Decree, the same is not entertained.

The learned A.G.P. submits that for such grievance committee is constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

The petitioner may approach the committee as per Circular dated 13.02.2015. The committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law,

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
