We have heard Mr. Nagarsoge the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are constructing Hospital in the open land of the Grampanchayat. According to the petitioner, the same is without conducting Gramsabha. Earlier, the same was reserved for construction of the community hall and for other aspects. 3.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3. 4.

In case some illegal acts have been done, the petitioner can approach the concerned Zilla Parishad or the other appropriate authorities by filing a proper application and that application would be dealt with by the authorities in accordance with law.
