Mr. Gandhi, the learned counsel for petitioners states that, the license period of the petitioners has come to an end. 2.

Even otherwise the petitioners were challenging the circular issued by the respondent by which, the contractors like the petitioners were directed to renew/reverify their certificate of registration again by complying with various conditions.
