Issue notice to respondents-claimants. Mr.P.N.Sonpethkar, learned counsel appeared for respondents-claimants. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-claimants. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents-claimants has given 'no objection' to grant stay subject to depositing entire decreetal amount within stipulated period in this Court. 4.

In view of aforesaid submission, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and

{2} CA 2728 OF 2020 & ANR award of the learned Reference Court passed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, subject to condition that applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit entire decreetal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of six weeks i.e. till 24.04.2020.

In case of failure to deposit entire decreetal amount within stipulated period, present order of stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the respondents-claimants are at liberty to execute the impugned award before the Executing Court as per the provisions of law. 6.
