1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Principal of the College has forwarded the proposal on 27th July, 2020 to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik in respect of correction in date of birth. As yet no cognizance has been taken by him.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] In case the proposal forwarded by respondent no.3 [Page-17] is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law, preferably within six [6] months.
