Heard the learned counsel for applicant. Despite service of notice, none appears for respondent No.1. Perused the application and the findings expressed by the learned Tribunal. For the reasons stated in the application, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). Delay caused in filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process. After due compliance, appeal be kept for hearing on admission in due course.
