We have heard Mr. Gunale, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for respondent no. 1, Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no. 2, Mr. Yawalkar, learned Addl.G.P. for respondent no. 3, Mr. Aditya, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

The petitioners are challenging the order rejecting the proposal of the petitioners to start new Ayurvedic college. The proposal is for the year 2018-2019. Even last date for admitting the students for academic year 2019 - 2020 is also over. The petition is now academic.

According to the learned counsel for respondent no. 1, now there is a moratorium period.

In case, the petitioners make a fresh proposal for the academic year 2020-2021 the respondents can consider all the aspects of the matter while dealing with the proposal of the petitioner for starting of New Ayurvedic college. Naturally, the decision would be taken by the respondents within the time frame as stipulated. 5.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. No costs.
