The learned counsel for the applicant -claimant submits that now the Acquiring Body has deposited entire amounts of compensation in this Court as well as in Reference Court. In view of the same, the present applications being infrcutuous stand disposed of.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body pointed out that parts of the aforesaid amounts are deposited before the learned

Reference Court and those amounts are required to be called here for convenience.

The learned counsel for the respective applicants though opposed the submissions, but for convenience it can be done. As such, the parts of aforesaid amounts, which have been deposited in the learned Reference Court in L. A. R. Nos. 796/2010 and 280/2008 be transmitted in this Court.
