The application is filed for review of the order made by this Court by which cost of Rs.15,000/- is imposed on the petitioner while dismissing the petition. Both the sides are heard.

This Court has carefully gone through the contentions made in the application and the reply filed by Zilla Parishad. Though there is circumstance that some mistake was committed by the Local Authority to inform that there were five posts available for transferred teachers from outside when only three posts were available, the facts show that the petitioner did

RA No. 45/2018 not turn up to join the duty in June. She came to this Court. This Court refused interim relief and other steps were taken and first time, she went to that place in October 2016. The learned counsel for petitioner, applicant submitted that due to some orders made by this Court, the petitioner made some representation and she was waiting for order on the representation. This contention is not acceptable. This Court, on merit, has held that petitioner ought to have joined new post as per the transfer order. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that there is no scope for review of the matter. The application stands rejected.
