PER COURT :- 1.

The applicants pray for condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring this Civil Application for seeking the setting aside of the order of the Registrar, dated 7.1.2015, by which the registration was refused on account of non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 15 days is condoned. Order of the Registrar, dated 7.1.2015 stands set aside with a direction to the applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from today pursuant to which the Second Appeal be registered.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar, dated 7.1.2015, shall stand restored.
