The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.197/2015, registered at Bhokar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

The role attributed to the applicants is that the applicants have participated in crime in question by pelting stones on the group of which complainant was one of the members. It is not in dispute that at the behest of member of applicant's group Crime No.198/2015 is registered against the group of complainant, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The role attributed to the present applicants is only pelting stones, which prima facie wound not correspond the injury. As such, the applicants are entitled to be released on pre-arrest bail. 5.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.197/2015, registered at Bhokar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 17th and 18th February 2016 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called.
