The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.134/2015, registered at Bhadgaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 448, 323, 04 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case against the applicants is that the applicants formed an unlawful assembly and assaulted the complainant, when he resisted the act of applicants of illegal withdrawal of sand.

Perused the investigation papers. It is upon assault by the applicants, the complainant has sustained grievous injury. The incident is of 22nd December 2015. The main accused is yet to be arrested.
