The Appellant Mr. Sardar Rajindersing s/o Bishansing Dhingra through registered General Power of Attorney holder Mr. Kamaljeet Singh s/o Rajindersing Dhingra so also, Sardar Rajindersing s/o Trilochansing Dingra and Ravindersing s/o Trilochansing dingra, legal heirs of deceased respondent- Sardar Trilochansing s/o Bishansing Dhingra are personally present before this Court. 2.

The appellant and respondents have filed compromise deed which is verified by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, on 28.03.2024. Verification report and the compromise deed are marked as Exh.'A' and Exh.'B' respectively for the purpose of identification. Copy of

10sa113-17 the registered General Power of Attorney given by the appellant Sardar Rajindersing s/o Bishansing Dhingra in favour of Mr. Kamaljeet Singh s/o Rajindersing Dingra is also produced on record. The terms and conditions of compromise deed are binding on the parties. 3.

Since the parties to the present appeal have arrived at amicable settlement on the terms and conditions prescribed in Clauses 6A to 6L of the Compromise deed Exh. B. Therefore, the present matter is disposed of in terms of Compromise Deed Exh. B. Decree be drawn accordingly.
