The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of Collector, Beed, the petitioner has filed appeal before the Commissioner (Excise).

Mr Lakhotiya, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the report of the handwriting expert is received. The Superintendent of Excise would forward the same to the Collector, Beed. 3.

The Superintendent of Excise shall forward the report of the handwriting expert to the Commissioner (Excise) where the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending.

The said report shall be forwarded within a period of eight days. Upon receipt of the said report, the Commissioner shall decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner as contended by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
