Heard Mr. S.M. Godsay, learned counsel for the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay in filing the present applications is condoned. The order dated 23rd June, 2014 passed by the Registrar is set aside. The writ petitions No. 29863/2013 and 29860/2013 are restored to the file, on the condition that in each of the writ petition, the writ

ca1788-15 petitioner/present applicant deposits an amount of one lac each, within a period of eight weeks.

Considering the fact that the higher officials of the applicant/petitioner are being called in the Labour Court/Industrial Court in the criminal proceedings, as stated by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, presently, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (D) of both the civil application, in both the matters, is hereby granted.

4.

Both the writ petitions be fixed for hearing on admission before the regular court on 26th February, 2015.

5.

Both the present applications stand disposed of accordingly.
