It appears that the petitioner has raised grievance about non disbursement of salary since June, 2009 to July 2010. The petitioner has placed on record copies of the applications dated 07.08.2014, 13.10.2011, 26.12.2013, 14.02.2014, 12.12.2017, 07.10.2011, 26.06.2014 and 12.12.2017 addressed to the Headmaster i.e. respondent No.4. The petitioner has also placed on record the applications addressed to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded i.e. respondent No.3.

We are convinced that the petitioner for redressal of his grievance has made many representations to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. In that view of the matter, we direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded i.e. respondent No.3 to consider the said applications and take the decision on said applications, if necessary by issuing directions to respondent No.4 to submit the proposal and produce the relevant record in relation to grievance raised in the said applications and take the decision, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today.

Needless to observe that if respondent No.3 wishes to hear the petitioner or Headmaster he can do. However, he shall take decision as expeditiously as possible however within 12 weeks from today.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
