Present application is for carrying out amendment. The petitioner wants to produce a document in support of his claim. He claims to be a member of Mahadeo Koli Scheduled Tribe. When as per his contention, his father has now secured a public document from the office of Tahsildar, Umerga, Dist. Latur, then, there is no hurdle in allowing the application. The application stands allowed and disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
