The petitioner was appointed as a Class-IV attendant in a Veterinary Dispensary being run by the Zilla Parishad. According to him he is entitled to be promoted to Class-III post of livestock supervisor in view of the circular dated 11.11.2022. He made the representations to the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 for considering his case for promotion but no decision has been taken. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition in terms of prayer clause 'C' directing the respondents No. 3 to 5 to take appropriate decision on his representation in accordance with law, as early as possible and in any event within eight weeks from today.
