It appears that the Registry has put this case by registering the case under the caption "Criminal Writ Petition", but if we consider the contents of the letter that was given by the under trial that he is seeking relaxation of the condition imposed while granting bail to him in Bail Application No.633/2021. Therefore, Registry to re-register the application under correct caption. The applicant who is under trial should be represented by a competent Advocate and, therefore, learned Advocate Mr. P.P. Mandlik, having sufficient practice before this Court, is appointed as Amicus Curiae to represent the interest of the applicant.

Cri.WP_115_2022 Registration be done within two days and the Registry to supply copies of the application and other annexures to the Amicus Curaie, immediately thereafter.

Learned appointed Amicus Curiae should take the instructions from the under trial applicant and prepare memo of the petition in proper format.
