It is an injury claim. The applicant/claimant was travelling in a goods vehicle. However, it is his case that he was travelling as owner of the goods.

In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application stands allowed accordingly. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
