Having regard to the submissions, it appears to be expedient that the amount of Rs. 20,00,000/-, being allowed to be withdrawn, be adjusted amongst the claimants equally and accordingly payments be released in their favour, taking proper undertaking that in case required, they would re-deposit the amount of their share being withdrawn by them.
