This Civil Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the petition for non-removal of the office objections and for condonation of delay of 357 days caused in filing the present application.

Learned A.G.P. opposes the application on the ground that considerable delay has been caused in filing the present civil application, which has not been sufficiently explained. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, writ petition is against an order dismissing the Reference under the Land Acquisition Act and as such, leniency ought to be shown. 4.

For the reason set out in the civil application, civil application is allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the High Court Law Library.
