Learned counsel for the parties appearing in two (2) Second Appeals, respectively, state that the parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst themselves and have reduced the settlement terms into writing and have submitted the same as compromise deed between the parties. The counsel further request to dispose of the Second Appeals in terms of settlement. The counsel further refer to that the terms of settlement are lawful, not forbidden by law nor opposed to public policy. Learned counsel further state that the respective counsel have signed the terms of compromise, have explained the contents of terms of compromise to the parties. The parties have accepted the same. The terms of compromise are verified. The parties are present before the court and they identify their respective clients and the power of attorney holders and accept the settlement terms. It is being stated that power of attorney are registered documents.

In view of aforesaid, Second Appeals stand disposed of in terms of compromise and decrees be drawn accordingly. Consequently, C.A. No. 3860 of 2000 in

3 S.A. 540....2000 Second Appeal No. 405 of 2000 seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and order dated 07/04/1999, also stands disposed of.
