Civil Application No.1800 of 2020 is with regard to condonation of 210 days delay caused by the applicant husband in filing Cross Objections. The learned Advocate for the appellant wife has opposed the application. 2.

Considering the reasons assigned in the application and the nature of the proceedings, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 210 days is condoned. The Cross Objections may be registered.

Civil Application No.835 of 2020 is filed by the applicant husband seeking liberty to place documents on record pertaining to the subsequent events with regard to the litigation between the parties. The learned Advocate for the wife opposes the application. 4.
