The present matter is instituted on 16.01.2020 challenging the judgment and order dated 06.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-4, Parbhani in Criminal Appeal No.106/2013 arising out of judgment and order dated 05.10.2013 passed by the learned JMFC, Court No.7, Parbhani in Cri. M.A. No.16/2013. However, till date the Petitioners have not circulated the matter and it is lying pending since more than five years which shows that the Petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the matter.
