Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and considering the fact that the bread winner of the family met with an accidental death, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven lacs only) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
