Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The Respondents though served, absent.

The applicant has taken out this application seeking 40 days delay in filing Appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order passed by the Tribunal.

Upon considering the submissions advanced in the light of unchallenged pleadings assigning cause for condoning the delay, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered.
