Mr. Talhar, learned ASG for respondents raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. No costs.

For a period of ten (10) days adverse action may not be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned communication. 5.

The protection herein above granted shall come to an end after ten (10) days.
