The parties have tendered the consent terms. The learned Registrar (Judicial) has verified the consent terms and found that the consent terms are executed voluntarily and without any duress. The executants to the consent terms were present before the Registrar (Judicial).

In view thereof, the appeal stands disposed of in accordance with the consent terms, marked Exh."A" for identification, between the claimants and respondent No.1. The decree be drawn in accordance with the consent terms. The appellants are entitled to Court fee refund, if any, as per rules.

In the event, respondent No.1 deposits the amount in accordance with clause (6) and (7) of the consent terms, in this Court, the amount be paid to the appellant-original claimant No.1 on proper identification and in accordance with the rules.
