Criminal Application No. 319/2025 filed for assisting the learned APP is allowed and Mr. S.P. Bhadge, learned advocate is permitted to assist APP. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondents-State and Mr. S.P. Bhadge, learned advocate assisting APP. 3.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 218/2024 dated 20.8.2024 registered with Begumpura Police Station, Aurangabad City, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 420, 504 of I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant would cooperate in the matter filed by the applicant for quashing of the FIR and in the matter before the trial court for compounding the offence, if he is permitted to withdraw the amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount by the complainant. 6.
Considering the above submissions, the amount deposited by the
ABA 116/25 applicant can be transmitted to the trial Court and on compounding the matter before the trial Court, the complainant can be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant.

In view of the above submissions and considering that parties have decided to settle the matter, the application is allowed on the following terms :
i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with with Crime No. 218/2024 dated 20.8.2024 registered with Begumpura Police Station, Aurangabad City, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 420, 504 of I.P.C., he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.
v] The amount deposited by the applicant be transmitted to the trial Court and on compounding the matter before the trial Court, the complainant be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant and in the event of non compounding of offence, at the end of the trial may pass appropriate order on the deposited amount . 8.
In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 9.
The application stands disposed of.
