The petitioner finds that a wrong nomenclature of the tribe is mentioned in his tribe certificate. Instead of "Koli Mahadev", what is mentioned is "Mahadev Koli". 2.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off with the following directions:- (a) As the petitioner has tendered an online application, he would tender the original defective certificate to the competent authority, on or before 04.02.2023. (b) The competent authority would verify the origin of the certificate and upon being convinced, would issue a corrected certificate to the petitioner, on or before 28.02.2023. kps (SANJAY A.
