One of the claimant/mother of the deceased is present through V.C. as she has been admitted in the hospital. They agreed the settlement terms. Settlement terms are duly verified by the parties who are identified by their respective counsels. In terms of the compromise, the appeal stands disposed of. 3.

Award be drawn up according to the settlement terms. 4.

The apportionment be made as per award. The claimants are allowed to withdraw the amount as per the settlement terms as well as the award.

Court fee refund certificate be issued accordingly. 6.

R and P be returned to the concerned MACT.
