It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant/insurance company. There seems to be delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Ms. Tekale, holding for Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Darandale, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Respondent No.6 though duly served, remained absent.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, more particularly paragraphs 4 to 6, the delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the following order is passed:
