The matter was circulated for the urgent admission. When the matter was was called out in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session also when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks directions to set aside the election of Sarala and to direct the respondents to declare the election programme afresh by keeping reservation to SC members.

The petitioner is challenging the same after the election is over. The petitioner did not
