This is the Application for condonation of 1146 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 31.05.2019 passed by the learned Reference Court in LAR No.89/2011. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and learned AGP for the State. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that for the reasons shown in the application for not approaching this Court within the stipulated period, the Application be allowed. 4.

The Application is opposed by learned Advocate Shri. A. D. Pawar appearing for Respondent No.1 and the learned AGP for Respondent No.2 on the ground that reasonable grounds are not mentioned in the Application and hence, the delay may not be condoned.

Perused the application. For the reasons mentioned in the paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B'

, subject to condition that, the Applicants shall not be entitled for the statutory benefits and interest for the said delayed period. The Office to register the Appeal.
