Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted before this court that the directions given by the Industrial Court Aurangabad be maintained. However, he submits that the respondent would not press for the operative part of the clause 4 of the impugned order and submits that in the event the complaint is not decided within 6 months she would not press for reinstatement. Learned counsel also further submits that let Complaint (ULP) No.24/2020 be decided within 6 months from today and that the ULP is posted for evidence on 13.09.2024 and that she would make herself available for crossexamination on that date.

The Labour Court shall not be influenced by the observations of the Industrial Court in the impugned order and shall decide the ULP in accordance with law.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount deposited be also kept in the F.D., so that the amount would get some interest. Liberty to apply to the Labour Court and the Labour Court would take decision in accordance with law. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to the Labour Court to decide the Complaint (ULP) No.24/2020 within a period of six (06) months from today.
