By way of present application, a prayer is made to grant permission to bring on record Legal Representatives of original respondent No.2 - Motilal Mahipat Pardhi on record of W.P. No. 5364 of 2002, by condoning the delay of almost 2 years and 215 days. Considering the nature of litigation and the pleadings made in the application, there is no impediment in allowing the application. The application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
