Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has applied for issuance of tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe on 23.8.2016. As yet, the application is not decided.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the application is pending, the SDO, Degloor, would decide the same on its own merits. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) In case the application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2 then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on

its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
