Heard Shri Gawali, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Soman, the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body. Perused the impugned judgment and award, and the grounds of exception raised in the memo of appeal. 2.

After having considered the above, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

[i] The applicants is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period till disposal of the appeal.
